Top of the first, and Pujols just hit a homer to dead-center. 1-0 Cards.

I would be watching this game, but I'm blacked out due to ESPN having the rights to the game. The whole thing is stupid... because I get all of my TV over the internet. I thought I might try viewing the game through espn3.com, but that's a no go as well since ESPN sells its internet broadcast to "ISP affiliates" and won't show their broadcast to anyone who uses some other ISP.
Absurd beyond absurd. The cost of bandwidth is a joke.
So, nope, not getting to watch the game... this MLB.tv subscriber is out in the cold.

That's lame. Can you at least listen in on MLB.com Gameday Audio?

Yes, it's blacked out on MLB.TV, but it's on ESPN. I gather you don't have ESPN?

Three consecutive two out singles adds another run...2-0 Cardinals.

A 2-out double by Heyward, followed by a Prado single, puts the Braves on the board...2-1.

No, I don't have ESPN.
Yes, I could listen to the game, but I'm not interested in listening. I'm following on gamecast while playing a video game. :p

With two doubles in his first two ABs, Heyward continues to bolster his ROY candidacy. Kid is cash money right now.

Heyward went from likely but not guaranteed to make the team to best batter in 9 months, incredible.

McLouth put a charge into that ball, but it is caught at the wall by Rasmus.

Hudson does the same.

does McLouth keep getting robbed or what? I would have liked to see Freeman start today but i suppose that would have messed up The L/R/L of the lineup. Good to see Heyward hitting well, sucks that Hudson has already thrown 75 pitches. And im starting to hate Rasmus more and more

Even when he doesn't have a very good night, Tim Hudson seems to hold it all together. That's the mark of a true ace, IMHO.

Phillies and Giants both won today....and why are the Braves intentionally walking Molina when it's 7-1?

That almost always backfires with Bobby but he keeps doing it anyway.

I guess everyone else switched over to football too.
Cards won 7-3.
