Kris Medlen threw three solid. Now, will the Twins adjust?

Medlen one walk and no hits through 4 innings. Heyward with an infield hit to start the 5th inning. Hope the offense can continue to score runs this afternoon.

80 pitches already for Slowey.

Alright, good to see Medlen is really dealin today with only 1 hit and only 61 pitches through 5 innings. And the glausosaurus (I stole that from somewhere but I love it!) jacked another one.

Medlen gives up a hit but keeps the shut out going through 5.

Someone else may have to do updates. Some nasty weather is headed toward me and may take out my satellite signal.

Hey Chicago, you're here everyday :) Good to have you! I used to love watching the games and talking with everyone here as it's going on. Now I'm stuck using Gameday but that's okay. It's not as exciting but when I'm here I get to hear a little more about how the guys are looking and some of the particulars of the bigger plays.

2 singles and a HR later 7-3 Braves. Medlen's location is off now. I wonder if anyone is warming up yet for the Braves.

Venters to close out the game today. Hope he can get the last 2 outs quickly. No more base runners please.

This was an important series for the Braves. Going on the road against one of the better AL teams and taking 2 of 3 is fantastic. We've been winning a lot of series lately which reminds me of the good Braves teams of the 90s...and I can't say enough about the way Medlin has pitched.

6-5 on the road trip from hell.

I'll take it. It could have easily been 10-1, but no need for greed.
