Doesn't look like anybody wants to mention it...but it's 5-0, Phils. Bottom of the fourth and we have two hits. Haven't scored since McLouth's game-winner.

Hey, we have a baserunner! Melky gets a walk and Infante steps up for Lowe.

3 of those runs came after a botched double-play by Escobar that should have been routine.

Back-to-back walks. If Diaz can jack one, we have an entirely different game.

w00t, the Phillies give us a run. Should have been a double play to end the inning.

Utley gives us another run. Tough slide by Diaz to break up the twin killing. 5-2.

Kris is trying to do a bit much here...and walks Moyer to load them.

Sigh, 6-2.

Anyone else think one of Martin Prado's real drawbacks is his arm strength?

This isn't looking well. Ryan Howard may put the nail in the coffin.

O'Flaherty sits Howard down and the Braves still have some hope.

Nice job by O'Flaherty to strand the bases loaded.

It's about time for Escobar to do something positive with the bat. It's more than a paperweight.

Wow, Victorino almost robbed the hardest hit ball Escobar has hit since opening day. Jason Heyward with runners on second and third.

Heyward watches strike three from the junkballer.

Craptastic.

Wasted opportunity there. Runners on second-and-third, one out, and the inning ends the same way it began. 6-2 Phils.

I think that was the Bardol breaking ball. Or maybe the Crisco sinker. Could have been vagisil curve.

I always think about Harris when I see Moyer pitch.

Bases loaded for McCann here in the seventh as Chad Durbin struggles with his release point.

2-0 to McCann...big knock, Brian, big knock.

McCann gave Durbin a favor on that 3-1 pitch.

A little too aggressive there. Phillies will take that flyball even if it brings in a run.

Very impressive, Chavez.

Glaus has been just killing us. I hope he can get it going sooner than later. He may be cheap but that doesn't make it any easier to accept his lack of production.

Tonight's game is sponsored by Apple.

They are giving away 20 ipads, 100 iphones and 250 ipods. The braves are doing their part by chipping in with the isuck.

So...did the Escobar error sink the night, or was Lowe well on his way to continuing to suck when the error occurred? I missed most of the game.

God knows you don't want to make them work for it, Diaz. Jesus, man...

All this hitting in the ninth, all wasted with that friggin' double play earlier in the inning.

Phillies really outperformed the Braves in this series. Outside of that Glaus/Heyward/McLouth bit in Game One, they looked much better.

Yeah, our offense is a bit more suspect than I thought it'd be coming into the season. I didn't think we'd be posting six or eight runs per night, but it's been really tough to watch way too often so far.

Escobar needs to get it going, Hinske probably needs more ABs instead of Glaus (not replace him just yet, but maybe a couple of days off more frequently).

What is Heyward doing batting 7th still? He's miles ahead of Glaus and a force already even if he's 20 years old. Forget Diaz in the leadoff spot since a .167 OBP won't cut it. It's Hinske and Infante time in LF because Cabrera and Diaz aren't cutting it right now. In the starting rotation Lowe isn't any better than last year so far which hurts a lot. In the bullpen Moylan's still pitching every night. This team has some really good potential but in my opinion some tweaking needs to occur soon.

McLouth has the 5th highest OPS of the 9 lineup regulars ahead of Escobar, Diaz, Cabrera, and Glaus, unfortunately. I still don't get why he gets singled out so much. Of course Hinske is batting really well off the bench and doesn't see the light of day ahead of Diaz and Cabrera who both suck ridiculously bad right now.

McLouth has been hitting 8th and drawing some walks with the pitcher batting behind him, which helps his OBP and OPS.

He deserves a break for the next day or so... after all, he did win a game for us this week.

Otherwise, he's been outsucked by the guys you mentioned, although I do think Escobar has hit into some tough luck lately.
