Seriously, bring back Jurrjens. Little league rules apply.

Just to clarify, Little League (minors and majors) doesn't allow a pitcher to return to the game once removed. It's allowed in "Little Leagues" with teenagers (juniors and seniors) but not for the 12 and under crowd.
