I'll be there tonight, and will tweet (ugh, still hate that word) from BP and the game. If you'd like to see the updates, you can go to http://twitter.com/braveslove or see the Twitter box on the sidebar of my blog. :)

I will stay tuned Lauren! I need to post some pictures of my father and me in Boston.
We really need to win this rubber match, and put that last sawx game behind us before they come to ATL.

i'll be at the nats-bosox game. can't decide if i pull for/against smoltz, as he's really irked me the last couple of months. even if he's been 'right', he has come off a bit immature, imho...
it'll be fascinating, to be sure...

Pull for him. He's Smoltzie, man.

One more game missed and he'd face the Braves. I kinda feel like Smoltzie is dodging us man.

I'm ok with Smoltz dodging us. I feel good about today's game. I hope that KJ gets the start and can get back on track against a lefty. Guy is still hitting lefties.

Chipper slyly had him convinced the door was rubber and would be perfectly fine to relieve his frustrations upon........................Chipper just doing what's best for the team............

I don't. Reports say the door ended up going 2 for 3 with a walk and a 2 run double off Bennett, before Bobby finally brought in Rafael Soriano to turn the doorknob.

Additionally Bobby Cox was seen crying that he lost his favorite player.

He was prolly just trying to open the door but due to lack of control he put his fist throught it.....

New Looking Lineup:
McLouth
Prado
Chipper
McCann
Escobar
Anderson
Francoeur
Kotchman
I love that.

I like that lineup too! Lets put Escobars power in a spot where it might pay off.
It's sad that Escobar's "power" makes him our best #5 option right now....
Oh and Kotchman is getting screwed hitting 8th!
That said, this lineup could score runs!

I wonder if the Braves have enough balls to withhold his paychecks or cancel his contract for this non-baseball injury.

Same here. I'm watching, and rooting, for Smoltz tonight. Good line-up though, Escobar is one of our best clutch hitters, and anything without KJ in it is an improvement also.

All three of the outs in that inning were hit really hard. McLouth, Prado and Anderson all hit it harder than Escobar. I don't think we'll have trouble scoring tonight.

Time for tonight's Quikrete quick quiz.
Which of the following events in tonight's game was the loudest?
a) The fans at Turner Field after McCann struck out in the 4th.
b) The fans at Turner Field after Javier Vazquez drew a pinch-hit walk in the 5th.
c) The sound of Boone Logan's fastball hitting the catcher's mitt.
d) Yunel Escobar yelling expletives at the official scorer from the SS position.
The answer in the next half inning.

Speaking of Esco, here's a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ftk8W5DywA) for those of you who still insist he doesn't speak English. ;) If he only spoke Spanish, wouldn't he have cursed the official scorekeeper in Spanish?

Few people know that "Booshee" is Spanish for "I accept your ruling, sir. I will now focus on the game and stop acting like a child."
