Hmm...curious call up of Dunn. This wreaks of a potential showcase for a possible subsequent deal.

Very well could be a showcase for a deal, but it's not so curious a call up. Eric O'Flaherty is a lefty reliever, Michael Dunn is a lefty reliever. They just made the call up to maintain Cox's left-handed pitching depth in the bullpen for a DL replacement if you ask me.

I think it's a combo callup, they need another lefty, and IF he ALSO happens to pitch decent, it can't hurt his value any!
