Checking on a former student

Can anyone give me any info on a new signee for the Braves. His name is Nathan Russ and he is a former student of mine. Hope he is doing well. Our local paper says he has made a couple of appearances and probably will make a reliever.

Here is his (http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=russ--001nat) baseball-reference page. Two games so far and eight batters faced in the Rookie Gulf Coast League. Two hits, a walk, and two K's. He's about three years too old for a pitcher and four years older than hitters so he should have some success and probably needs to head to Danville soon.

But hey, playing professional baseball anywhere is an accomplishment.
