1. So, will he wear a Cubs cap in the Hall of Fame, then?

Unless it's up to the player, his best work, all of his playoff appearances, and his world series ring came with the Braves. I don't believe there's much to debate here, unless he gets to choose. Even then, I think Maddux reflects on his time with the Braves as the biggest part of his career. :)

I too wish he would come to the Braves but he would have to get in line behind Glavine, Smoltz and Chipper who were more Braves than him.

The player does not get to choose which cap he will wear in Cooperstown. That decision is made solely by the HOF. If his career was more evenly split in performance they might ask his preference, but in this case his Atlanta career far exceeds his Chicago career, and the vast majority of his HOF-worthy accomplishments came as a Brave.
He will wear a Braves cap in Cooperstown.
