Tie game 1-1.

Important game for the Braves. Taking 3 of 4 in Florida would be a nice building block for our weekend series against the Reds.

Marlins are piling on -- 7-3, bottom 6. Also, Nick Johnson comes to bat to "Sexy Back" by Justin Timberlake. :thumbsdown:

Another Cox masterpiece....Medlen? Again? He has shown he isn't good on back-to-back appearances so he's gonna be good three games straight? Why didn't he run Carlyle out there after Hanson? He has to be fresher than Medlen and the other overworked guys out there. It looked like a great time to trot out Kawakami or even Lowe! When I heard Medlen announced it was "close the book on this one" time.

First time Medlen had pitched three days in a row all season. It is evident that Bobby just isn't making the appropriate decisions to make this club a winner.
