Per Mark Bowman (http://markbowman.mlblogs.com/), McLouth tweaked the hammy last night.

Nice to get an early lead.

Another solid outing for Javy so far. Braves lead 3-1 going into the eighth inning.

Earlier in the game, Manny made the most pathetic attempt to score from third on a fly out to shallow left, caught by Yunel Escobar. He was promptly thrown out by 30 feet. BMAC lowered his shoulder and punked him a bit while applying the tag. Proving the point that Manny is one of the dumbest major league baseball players, ever.

Did he choose to score on his own, or did the 3B coach tell him to go for it?

Looked like it was all Manny. Didn't get a real good look at the third base coach... but Joe and Boog seemed to think it was Manny being Manny.

A nice insurance run..probably more to come with runners on the corners and none out. Currently 4-1. We are on the verge taking three of four from probably the best team in baseball. Just awesome.

Sac fly LaRoche. Now 5-1.

Vazquez has to be our #1 pitcher right now.

Vasquez is an effing beast. He stacks up right now with any pitcher in baseball.

And Charlie Brown lines up for the kick.....again.

You've got me Braves. I really think you can do this. I believe.

OK...time to replace Acosta.

I think it would have been OK to leave Manny in. We are still up by 6 runs!

Nice job Bravos taking 3 of 4 from the Dodgers! This has been a different team since the Francoeur trade.

Joe mentioned as the game was wrapping up that this is the first time since April, when we were 5-1, that we have been 4 games over .500. Hooray!

This has been a different team since the Francoeur trade.
Yes, it has.

Maybe the other players realized the front office was finally serious about winning.

Maybe the other players realized the front office was finally serious about winning.
Or the front office got serious about winning instead of playing fan popularity games and failing miserably because of it.
