Gamethread: Braves vs Nationals - 7/16/11

Braves are having a hard time hitting John Lannan tonight. Hanson hasn't been that sharp and is over 90 pitches going into the top of the sixth where the Braves are down 3-2.

Ramos just crushed one against Hanson and the Braves are down 5-2. Wilson Ramos is going to be a nice catcher.

Hanson's velocity is down. He's barely been hitting 91 with his fastball. Thankfully his breaking stuff has been breaking quite sharply.

Cory Gearrin is in for Hanson so Fredi is bascially thowing in the towel.
